Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions
We Trekkers Zone an established and trademarked company registered with the government of Nepal. Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions are under accredit by different regulatory bodies. Trekkers Zone accept all bookings fulfilling under the following terms and conditions only.
Booking Information
All booking information must be complete and submit to Trekkers Zone representative with copies of necessary documents of identification of all travelers. You must to pay 30% of the package amount at the time of booking. But remaining amount is to be paid on arrival in Kathmandu. Failure to pay the remaining amount upon arrival may result in cancellation of the service provided by the company and even forfeiture of the advance payment.
How to pay your deposit
Payment must be deposit to our account, under our written reply. Payment methods might be; through bank wire transfer or secure online payment system using all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your trip for any reason. Trekkers Zone will fully refund all the deposits if a cancellation letter is received by our staff by email (or other means) 60 days prior to the arranged trip starting date. Failure to notice before 60 days will not be entertained by the company and may result in forfeiture of deposit.
Personal Belongings
Trekkers Zone are not at all responsible for any possible loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings as it is the responsibility of traveler to take care of their personal property.
Clients’ Responsibility
Trekkers Zone do not take responsibility for any possible injury or death while travelers are participate in any adventure activities with of our company. Travelers are strongly request to buy the necessary insurance policy and get medical advises before starting your trips. Travelers are advised to abide by rules and regulations and follow the instructions of guides and leaders during the expeditions.
Travel Insurance
Trekkers Zone strongly advise our clients to buy a comprehensive insurance policy before booking any trip with us. Please make sure that the company covers all medical, personal accident, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation including helicopter rescue, mountaineering hazards, loss or theft of valuables and flight cancellations.
Abiding the Law
Law of Nepal and Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions control, if a traveler violates any national law or any other rules and regulations. The travelers are subject for legal prosecution as per the prevailing laws. In addition Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions also have rights to end service without even refunding the trip cost. If any travelers involve in criminal activities under any laws of government of Nepal.
Required Documents
Obtaining all travel insurance, vaccinations and visas required by Nepal. Hence the traveler’s home nation are the sole responsibility of the customer. Some higher risk adventures require evacuation and health insurance. This is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide proof of insurance before starting the adventure trips. In conclusion Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions need to fulfill all requirement from our guests for organizational use.
Amendment to Tour Cost
Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions has reserve right to amend tour cost at any point of time if required. In such case they need to inform in prior as Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions. The price might be amende sometimes due to unfortunate events like weather conditions, political changes etc as Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Please be note this Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions may sometimes make changes in the regular itineraries due to different conditions that is beyond our control. Do not take any responsibility for changes made due to any natural calamities, war or changes due to political or social condition of the country. Trekkers Zone reserves right to adjust prearranged schedules if required. Our company may offer alternative trips of a similar nature at no additional cost to our customers.
Incomplete Tour
Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions regarding incomplete tours are under no obligation to refund the deposits or charges if in case the customer has to cancel his trip in the middle of the trip. The company reserves right to forfeit the deposits and payments made for the trips. No matter at what point of time the trip is cancel during the expedition.
Jurisprudence
Trekkers Zone Terms and Conditions is a limited company registered with the Nepal Government & observes all government policies & regulation acts. Any legal case against Trekkers Zone should filed in a Nepal Court under Nepal Government’s regulations for legal treatment.
