Essential Safety Gears and Equipment

Water Bottle: Filtered drinking water to refill your weather bottle is available at many tea houses for a small charge per liter. You can buy commercially bottled water at most tea houses. Please help respect the environment as most of the empty plastic bottles end up littering the mountains and rivers or being burnt.
Quick-Dry Towel: In case there is an opportunity for a shower after a hard days’ trekking.
Money: There are no ATMs, In the Trekking Trails, So bring all the money you will need for your trek and transportation plus some extreme in case of emergency. Independent trekkers can count approx. Mrs 3300- 5000 per day for food and accommodation ( more when you drink alcohol)
Map: Essential for independent trekkers as it shows where there are tea houses, medical felicities, altitudes. Off course route of your trekking trail in Nepal.Wet Wipes and Toilet Paper: When a show is not possible then these are the next best things in the Trekking and Adventure. While Toilet Paper can be short supply.
