First Aid & Medicine

Most of our trekking is high altituade. There is no hospitals and any health instituations for any unexpected events. Although we have a rescue facilities for risky conditions but before that you must have first aid for such a incident. If your are taking some particular medicine regularly, you should bring it along with you. For other medicine please consult you local doctor who may have an updated list and any medicine recommended by your physician should be taken along wihth you and your journey . we suggest that you to bring a small kit of Medicines as below List of First Aid Kits:

• Antiseptics, asprin, anit diarrhoea tablets.
• pads for blisters, throat lonzenges.
• Iodine
• Bandages
• Small sicsor

Also you should use your own judgement.
